1) What is the colour? (official colours are Frost White / Montego Black / Frost Red / Electric Blue)
2) What is the branding info on the headstock? (Fender / Heartfield / Heartfield with a small "by Fender")
3) What is the serial number?
4) Do you have the diagonal (first picture on previous page) or flush (second picture on previous page) control layout?
5) In which country do you live?
6) Are you perhaps the original owner?
7) If not, who did you get it from? (name and country of residence is enough)
8) When did you buy it? (year would be cool, month would be perfect)
9) Do you know of any modifications that have been performed?
10) Does it have 'binding' (the front of the body with an border of another, usually lighter, colour)?
