The EX 2 is the same as the EX 1, however the alder body has a 2-piece highly figured maple top, with a different range of colour options. Both set-neck and bolt-on necks exist (although I've only seen set-neck ones).
It used to sell for $1329.99.
Among the enthusiasts who visit this site and the forum there is a growing convinction that the EX 2 only exists in a set-neck version.

| Remarks: Another unique guitar, very similar to the one above. Main difference is the presence of mini switches instead of a 3/5-way switch, the fact that the pickups are not covered, and that there is a mini switch between the main controls. Click here for a collage of more pictures of this instrument. Further individual pictures can be found here, here, here and here. A very rare axe, found by the owner at a yard sale for 150 bucks... |

| Serial #: E89211 | ||
| Remarks: Although much less brilliant-looking than the Antique Burst model down on this page, this might be the same colour, though it looks more like traditional sunburst known from other guitar brands/types. Click here, here or here what this guitar looked like after 2005's Hurricane Katrina (pictures by the owner John Simmons). |
